Payment by credit card:

Payment by credit card on our site is provided by Trust My Travel.

Pay by credit card for convenient and secure shopping in our online store. After ordering the selected services, the Customer will be redirected to the Trust My Travel payment interface, where he/she can pay with his/her credit card through the most secure encrypted transaction currently available. All our customers have to do is click on "pay by credit card" when selecting the payment method and then enter the Customer's name, card number, expiry date and three-digit security code on the Trust My Travel payment server. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro. Please check with your bank whether your card can be used for online purchases. Trust My Travel will send you a confirmation of the transaction after a successful purchase, or an error message if the transaction is unsuccessful.

I acknowledge that the following personal data stored by the data controller Go Dominican Vacations SLR in its user database will be transferred to Trust My Travel as data processor. The following data will be transferred by the data controller: name, surname, first name, country, telephone number, e-mail address.

Bank transfer:

You can also pay by bank transfer before the order is fulfilled. A proforma invoice will be sent by e-mail. It is important that the order number is indicated in the comment field of the transfer. The total amount of the order by bank transfer via a foreign bank should be calculated and transferred according to the MNB buying rate of the day.

If the Buyer declares, orally or in writing, that he does not have a VAT number or that he is not acting as a taxable person for VAT purposes in the transaction and therefore does not provide a VAT number for invoicing, the invoice does not need to include a VAT number for the Buyer.

In the case of a purchase by bank transfer, the order is considered accepted if the purchase price of the service(s) is transferred no later than 24 hours after the order is placed. The processing of incoming transfers takes 2-3 working days. The service will be provided only after the amount paid has been credited and the payment has been processed. If the name of the person making the transfer is different from that of the customer, this must be indicated in the communication box along with the identification number. If the total amount of the order is not received in our bank account within 5 days, the order will be automatically cancelled from our system. Processing of the service will only begin after the payment transaction has been completed.
