The 360° restaurant is a unique experience at PUNTA CANAN , where 22 participants will be hoisted up by a 45-metre high crane to enjoy a delicious gourmet menu, premium drinks and stunning views. The experience is designed according to DIN 4112. All drawings, calculations and simulations are tested and supervised by the German international testing organisation "TÜV Rheinland". Originally from Belgium, this project was launched in 2005 and has been an exclusive success worldwide, currently operating in more than 65 countries and receiving excellent reviews from the media, renowned chefs and everyone who has experienced this extreme culinary experience. The 360° restaurant arrived in the Dominican Republic in 2019 as the first culinary experience of its kind in the entire Caribbean.Included

Important
- Participants must weigh a maximum of 150 kg
- Participants must be at least 135 cm tall. Children who meet the height requirements may be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- The 360° restaurant programme is open to a maximum of 22 people.
- Please check the vegetarian menu and report any food allergies in advance.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring food or drinks from outside the programme area.
- For safety reasons, guests who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs are not allowed to attend the dinner.
- Smoking is not allowed in the restaurant.
- Wheelchair users and people with slight disabilities can also participate. But please write to us before you buy your ticket, with a detailed explanation of your condition so that the staff can prepare you.
- The toilet is provided on the floor. All guests are recommended to use the restroom before dinner. In the event of an emergency and you need to use the restroom during dinner, the platform table will be lowered, but you will not be able to continue with dinner.
- You can bring phones and cameras with you, but be careful and secure them, as the restaurant will not be responsible if they fall.
- The experience will only be cancelled by the restaurant in the event of a compelling reason, such as natural disasters, bad weather, etc. In such cases, a full refund will be applied for those who cannot change the date to another date.
- You can cancel your reservation 72 hours before dinner free of charge, after which a penalty of 50% of the ticket value will be charged. Late arrival or no-show 100% is non-refundable.
